This page explains how to request the deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it. The procedure depends on how your account was created.
Most LF Software accounts are created and managed by an organization, such as an employer, a security company, a client organization or a service provider. This applies to LF Hawk Watch, LF-SEC, LF Management, and LF Vision installations operated by security companies.
In these cases, the organization operating the installation acts as the data controller and is responsible for account management. Please submit your deletion request directly to your organization’s platform administrator.
If you are unable to identify the appropriate contact, please write to privacidade@lf-softwares.com and include the application name, the organization name and your registered email address. LF Software will help direct your request to the appropriate organization.
If you created your account directly within LF Vision, you may request account deletion by contacting privacidade@lf-softwares.com. Please send your request from the email address associated with the account and include the subject line “LF Vision Account Deletion”.
When an account is deleted, the following information may be removed: account information, login credentials, notification tokens, user profile information and personal data associated with the account.
Certain records may need to be retained to comply with legal, regulatory or contractual obligations. Depending on the application and the organization operating the installation, retained information may include audit records, shift records, operational records, financial records and compliance documentation.
Any retained information will be kept only for the period required by applicable laws and contractual obligations.
Requests submitted directly to LF Software are acknowledged by email and processed within 30 days, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Additional verification may be required to confirm the identity of the person submitting the request.
